Delivered business process maps of existing supply chain processes and developed new business process to support major new online ordering system. Interfacing between business and IT groups to ensure proposed processes matched business needs within the technical constraints. 

Project Management - Infrastructure Implementation

Managed the European implementation of one of the world’s largest Cisco wireless network deployments. Responsible for planning, equipment, logistics, resourcing teams of mobile deployment engineers, risk management and client reporting within Prince framework. Successful installations in over 500 physical sites in 25 countries. .

Project Management - Audio Visual and Video over IP Deployment

Project management of the design and implementation of audio visual solutions (encompassing IP based video conferencing and IP video streaming) into a new office building for the head office of a major high street retailer.  Included supplier selection (management of RFP process) and management of third party suppliers.

Centre of Excellence Manager for Messaging and Intranet

Responsible for the strategy and direction of global messaging and intranet environment for multinational Swiss company.

Business Consultant - m-Commerce

Key strategic role interfacing between business and technical teams for internationalisation of m-commerce product.  Established procedures for international liaison/support.  Established the client’s UK business with responsibility for operations environment including supplier selection/management.

Messaging Consultant - Architecture/Implementation Review

Comprehensive review of Microsoft Exchange implementation at a large investment bank.  Recommended how the customer's investment in Exchange could be maximised, including improved operational and support procedures.

Business and technical consultancy at Big Five firm to migrate 8000 users in 27 locations to a new email system.  Encompassed architecture planning, management of deployment process and operational review.

Messaging Consultant

Technical Architect for designing an infrastructure to support a retail application for a major food retailing chain in the UK.  Highly distributed architecture to support retail operations in 800 physical locations throughout the UK.
