Included supplier selection (management of RFP process) and management of third party suppliers. Centre of Excellence Manager for Messaging and Intranet Responsible for the strategy and direction of global messaging and intranet environment for multinational Swiss company. Business Consultant - m-Commerce Key strategic role interfacing between business and technical teams for internationalisation of m-commerce product. Established procedures for international liaison/support. Established the client’s UK business with responsibility for operations environment including supplier selection/management.
